Company Watch FAQs

In the Angelia platform, click “Account Settings” (person icon in the top right of the screen). Select “Update my password”. Note that to use the “Forgot Password” functionality you will need to have verified your email address. To add and verify an email address, click “Account Settings” and follow the instructions on screen.  

If you have forgotten your password and have not logged a verified email in the system, please email support@companywatch.net for this to be reset manually. Note that we are only able to reply to such requests during normal UK business hours.

Alternatively, if you have verified your email then select the “Forgot Password” functionality.

To add and verify an email address, click “Account Settings” and follow the instructions on screen.

In the Angelia platform, click “Account Settings” (person icon at the top right of the screen). Follow the instructions on screen. If a current email address is displayed and you are not asked to verify it, then your email address has already been verified.

Please send an email to support@companywatch.net with the following information:

  • Company Registration Number (you can find that here)
  • Your name & email address
  • Detail of the information that you think is incorrect, along with supporting evidence (e.g. screenshot from Companies House)
