We are sorry if you feel we haven’t met the standards you would expect of us here at Company Watch. We welcome your feedback and hope this will result in us improving our processes and providing a better service to you and others in the future.

Our normal office hours are 9am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday

In order to be able to deal with your query as efficiently as possible, it would be helpful to have the following information:

– Your name
– Company registration number
– A description of your complaint/query
– How you would like us to contact you (e.g. email, telephone)
– Your desired outcome

We’ll try to resolve your complaint within 3 working days. If we can’t do this, we will contact you once we have reviewed your complaint in more detail (we aim to do this within 5 working days) and may ask for further information.

If you are not satisfied with our response, please ask the person who is handling your query to escalate for a further internal review.
