The Stela-AI Assistant is now available on the online platform. It provides in-platform answers to questions about Company Watch features, data, and processes using published resources from the Knowledge Base and Resource Hub.

Deliberate Tax Defaulters Data

Deliberate Tax Defaulters data is now available on the platform and in PDF reports (Gold subscribers only). The dataset highlights organisations publicly named by HMRC for deliberate tax non-compliance and is surfaced within Company Information and flagged in the Health Profile as a Red Warning.

UK Acquisitions Data

UK Acquisitions data is now available on the platform and in PDF reports (Gold subscribers only). The dataset captures acquisitions involving UK public companies and is designed to highlight changes in ownership, structure, or commercial exposure. Acquisition events are also shown in the Health Profile as Information notifications.

Additional Payment Practice Fields

Three new Total Invoice Value fields have been added to Payment Practice data. These fields are available across the platform, PDF reports, and the API.
