Investment Indicator
Investor Data is now available on the platform for Gold subscribers. Six investor types are covered — Angel, Corporate Venture Capital, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Officer, and Family — sourced independently to complement the shareholder register. Investor data is accessible via the Health Profile notification flag or Company Info → Directors & Shareholders. Data includes investor name, type, total purchase value, and share dates. Note: investor data is not currently available in the PDF export.
Public Sector Contracts [BETA]
Public Sector Contracts [BETA] is now available on the platform for Gold subscribers. The feature surfaces procurement records from government procurement platforms — covering tender opportunities, contract awards, and agreements. Data is accessible via the Health Profile notification or Company Info → Public Sector Contracts. Contracts are categorised by status (Active, Expired, Framework, or No Date) and values are cleaned to exclude frameworks, duplicates, and unverified figures. Data refreshes monthly; as awards are often published weeks or months after signing, recent contracts may not appear immediately.

Probability of Distress (PoD®) BETA
The Probability of Distress (PoD®) is now available in BETA on the platform. PoD® is a next-generation risk model that provides a forward-looking view of financial distress using a combination of financial and behavioural data. It introduces a probability-based score, risk bands, and recommended credit and contract limits. PoD® is accessible via Risk Assessment in the platform and can be used alongside existing H-Score® workflows.

All Creditors Data
All Creditors data is now available on the platform, sourced from a company’s Statement of Affairs. The dataset provides visibility across six creditor types: Secured, Preferential, Unsecured, Associated Company, International, and Other. Creditor data is available in Company Information under Creditors, with indicators in the Health Profile. Filtering and Excel export are supported.
Vigilance™ V2 Monitoring
Vigilance™ V2 Abnormal Behaviour Indicator (ABI) monitoring options released to main platform and the monitoring API. This release extends monitoring coverage to include the full set of 25 ABIs introduced in Vigilance™ V2, enabling users to track changes across both existing and newly released indicators.

Director and PSC Identity Verification
Identity Verification (IDV) status for Directors and Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) is now available on the platform. The dataset uses Companies House data to show whether individuals have completed identity verification, with clear indicators highlighting verified, due, and overdue statuses. IDV information is displayed within Director and PSC records to support compliance monitoring under ECCTA.

Stela-AI Assistant Chatbot
The Stela-AI Assistant is now available on the online platform. It provides in-platform answers to questions about Company Watch features, data, and processes using published resources from the Knowledge Base and Resource Hub.
Deliberate Tax Defaulters Data
Deliberate Tax Defaulters data is now available on the platform and in PDF reports (Gold subscribers only). The dataset highlights organisations publicly named by HMRC for deliberate tax non-compliance and is surfaced within Company Information and flagged in the Health Profile as a Red Warning.
UK Acquisitions Data
UK Acquisitions data is now available on the platform and in PDF reports (Gold subscribers only). The dataset captures acquisitions involving UK public companies and is designed to highlight changes in ownership, structure, or commercial exposure. Acquisition events are also shown in the Health Profile as Information notifications.
Additional Payment Practice Fields
Three new Total Invoice Value fields have been added to Payment Practice data. These fields are available across the platform, PDF reports, and the API.

Filtering and sorting of portfolio company listings has been optimised to improve performance when working with larger datasets.
Accounts Classification Update
Latest Year Accounts Type thresholds have been updated to reflect revised Micro, Small, and Medium company definitions.
