Policies and governance
We maintain internal policies that support our commitment, including:
- Ethical conduct and compliance standards
- Recruitment and employment policies that ensure all staff work voluntarily
- Whistleblowing channels for raising concerns confidentially
We expect suppliers to operate in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act and other applicable labour laws.
Due diligence
Our due diligence measures include:
- Reviewing new suppliers where appropriate, based on risk
- Ensuring contracts reflect our expectations around lawful and ethical conduct
- Escalation procedures if concerns are identified
Risk assessment
Given our industry, workforce profile, and supply chain, we assess our overall risk exposure as low. We continue to monitor areas where heightened risks could arise, such as offshore or subcontracted services.
Training and awareness
Relevant staff are made aware of the Modern Slavery Act requirements and the importance of identifying potential risks in supplier relationships.
Effectiveness and continuous improvement
