CICM Credit Fest 2026 | London, Cardiff and Leeds

We’d like to make our network aware of CICM Credit Fest 2026, which runs in three cities this autumn. The Chartered Institute of Credit Management is taking its third UK-wide series to London, Cardiff and Leeds, and every date is free to attend.
The dates are:

• London, Thursday 29th October. Six Park Place, 6 Park Place, London, SW1A 1LR.
• Cardiff, Tuesday 10th November. 3 Harbour Drive, Capital Waterside, Cardiff, CF10 4WZ.
• Leeds, Wednesday 25th November. Nexus, Discovery Way, University of Leeds, LS2 3AA.

Each runs from 9am to 4pm. Credit Fest brings credit professionals together to share knowledge, discuss best practice and work through the real issues facing the Order-to-Cash cycle. This year’s programme follows the credit lifecycle from end to end, starting at contract and credit setup and finishing at escalation and enforcement.

The day is built around the full customer payment journey. Sessions look at how decisions taken at each stage affect cash flow, customer experience and wider business performance. CICM has designed it for professionals at every level, including people who support the credit process from finance, sales, operations or customer service rather than working in credit day to day.

Bookings are open to CICM members and non-members alike, and extra tickets have been released for the London date. Places are limited and the full agenda is still to be announced.
