Financial Times uses Company Watch analysis on Outsourcing article

The Financial Times’ recent article “UK contractors have ‘bankrupt’ business models, says vetting group” uses analysis from Company Watch.

The article looks at some of Britain’s largest government outsourcers including Capita, Serco, Interserve and Mitie, showing how ‘strikingly similar’ they are to Carillion prior to its collapse.

The analysis by Company Watch show they have positive profit margins or cash, but there is little value within the balance sheets to fall back on if cash dries up.
